The record
Canvass a random fifth of AL1 5 (287 homes) and about 9 would come to market in the year. Canvass the fifth we ranked highest and 26 did — 2.9× the instructions for the same effort.
Each January the model ranked every home in this sector using only information available on that day. A year later we counted its top fifth.
