Canvass a random fifth of CV1 4 (191 homes) and about 5 would come to market in the year. Canvass the fifth we ranked highest and 18 did — 3.3× the instructions for the same effort.
Each January the model ranked every home in this sector using only information available on that day. A year later we counted its top fifth.
