The record
Canvass a random fifth of HP2 7 (316 homes) and about 11 would come to market in the year. Canvass the fifth we ranked highest and 38 did — 3.5× the instructions for the same effort.
Each January the model ranked every home in this sector using only information available on that day. A year later we counted its top fifth.
