The record
Canvass a random fifth of L13 2 (239 homes) and about 12 would come to market in the year. Canvass the fifth we ranked highest and 40 did — 3.2× the instructions for the same effort.
Each January the model ranked every home in this sector using only information available on that day. A year later we counted its top fifth.
