The record
Canvass a random fifth of LE11 4 (308 homes) and about 11 would come to market in the year. Canvass the fifth we ranked highest and 31 did — 2.8× the instructions for the same effort.
Each January the model ranked every home in this sector using only information available on that day. A year later we counted its top fifth.
